Microsoft Office Suite is a set of interrelated applications designed to help you complete your job tasks productively and include applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and more.
VSU-owned equipment:
Computers running Office 2013 or older can be upgraded to the latest Office Suite by submitting a Service Request.
Personal Devices:
Steps to Downloading Free Software
Students, faculty, and staff of VSU may install, at no charge, the latest Microsoft Office Suite on up to five (5) personal computers; and Office Mobile apps on up to five (5) devices through the Microsoft Advantage program. By installing the software, you agree to uninstall upon graduation or end of employment with VSU.
NOTICE: Beginning the week of October 25, 2020, current and future alumni and retirees will no longer have access to Microsoft Office 365 desktop applications that can be installed on personal devices. Continued access to Office 365 Email, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Office Online web applications will remain.

Access Office 365 by logging in to MyVSU and then clicking Email or Microsoft OneDrive/Office Apps from the Portal list.
