How to place a service request:
In order to request a new telephone line, make changes/repairs to an existing phone line, upgrade phones, reset voicemail PIN, or get technical assistance:
- Sign into Technology Services Portal using your computer login username and password.
- Click on Service Catalog.
- Select the IT Communication Services on the filter Options (On the left).
- Select an option that best describes your request:
- Add/Remove Phone Line
- Campus Annoucement Request
- New Jabber Account
- New VOIP Phone Request
- Phone Repair Request
- Reset Voicemail PIN
- Transfer Phone to New User
- Fillout the necessary form and them submit your request.
Your request should be processed within two (2) business days.
