Graduate Student Open House Wednesday, Sept. 28

VALDOSTA -- Valdosta State University’s Graduate Students Association will hold its inaugural Graduate Student Open House Wednesday, Sept. 28 from 12 to 2 p.m. in the Valdosta State University Student Union Ballrooms A & B.

With graduate student enrollment increasing at Valdosta State University, this event will serve as a resource fair and welcome event for all graduate students. The event will introduce students to several services and departments available on campus, many of which have been identified as important providers of resources to graduate students attending VSU. Attendance will also provide students with an opportunity to network with fellow graduate students and university staff.

“As an integral part of the university community, I encourage everyone to take advantage of this important opportunity and to make their presence known on campus,” said Ashley M. Dobbs, president of the Graduate Students Association. “We hope everyone joins us for this amazing opportunity to support, integrate and interact with VSU graduate students.”
