VALDOSTA -- A break in fiber occurred in the in the lines
between Adel and Valdosta at about 7:15 a.m. Tuesday, Dec.
12.

dispatched to investigate and repair. Historically, repairs such as
this have been made within 8 hours. VSU Information Technology said
the repair should be made by approximately 3 p.m.
This break means that users located on campus cannot access

GeorgiaView, ADP, Peoplesoft, email received from or sent to off

and process within hours once connections are restored.
*** PeachNet reports confirmed that service was restored at
approximately noon Tuesday. Independent reports confirm that web
browsers are accessing VSU's site now. Anyone still being
redirected to the Emergency Web Services page can use the
links there to click through to BlazeView or BlazeNet.
