The Office of Equal Opportunity Programs/Multicultural Affairs will sponsor Sankofa African American Museum on Wheels Feb. 25-26 in the Magnolia Room at the University Center. The exhibit will be held Friday, Feb. 25 from noon- 10 p.m. and resume Saturday, Feb. 26 at 9 a.m.

This museum on wheels is considered to be one of the foremost collections of African American history readily available in the country. The exhibit is a testament to the vast contributions that African Americans have made to this country and the world.

As part of the exhibit, South Carolina native Angela Jennings presents stories and dramatizations about select periods and historical figures to allow everyone to experience both the pain and the pride of the history portrayed.
