Thank you for your interest in having Blaze attend your event. Our mascots are full-time students who love to energize and interact with crowds. Every effort will be made to honor requests for them to appear at your event, however due to University events, academics, and time restrictions, mascot appearances at outside events are only available on a limited basis. Please fill out the form below to help us accommodate your request.
Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all Blaze appearances:
- Blaze does not accommodate private events (ex. weddings, birthday parties) or any promotional events.
- All requests for Blaze to attend an event must be submitted a minimum of 5 business days before the event.
- A private and lockable place for Blaze to change must be provided.
- At this time, there is no cost to have Blaze attend your event.
- It must be understood that Blaze's maximum time at an appearance in full costume is in 45 minutes increments. He must be given an opportunity to cool off every 45 minutes if the event exceeds this time limit.
