Future Black Educators
What is the Future Black Educators for?
Future Black Educators (FBE) is an organization geared towards African American students who have potential and the desire to teach the next generation of students. It offers current Ed majors;
- Preparation for the GACE through tutoring, pretesting, and peer mentoring practices.
- Access to guided lesson plan workshops and speaker events.
- Mentorship and tutoring opportunities for local high school and middle school students.
- Connections with students of color that share similar interests, dreams, and experiences.
Future Black Educators strives to positively impact and shape the lives of the world’s future leaders by equipping them with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to be the best they can be in order to leave their respective communities better than they found them.
