The Identity and Enterprise Services team is a component of Valdosta State University’s Enterprise Infrastructure Services group. Identity and Enterprise Services provide campus Tier 3 level systems support for Active Directory services, Office 365 cloud based email, campus file and printer sharing, multi-factor authentication, Microsoft azure cloud services, follow me printing and lab fee based printing services. The support tasks for Workgroup Systems includes daily systems maintenance on Microsoft Windows core infrastructure systems, escalated client support, management of Microsoft based academic systems, project planning, research and testing of advanced technologies, and backend support for Technical Support Services.
