TEST SCORE NOTICE: Many of our departments that typically require test scores for admission are waiving them due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The test score waiver varies by program. - While the waivers of out-of-state tuition for Florida, South Carolina, and Alabama residents only apply to undergraduate students, Graduate students residing in the Florida counties of: Baker, Columbia, Hamilton, Jefferson, Leon, Madison and Nassau counties can apply for a Border State Waiver (to receive in-state tuition rate).

- Non-resident students whose parent(s) or spouse has maintained domicile in Georgia for at least 12 consecutive months may complete the Application for Out of State Waivers
