Minimum System Requirements

  • To use BlazeVIEW, students should have access to technology meeting or exceeding the following requirements:
    • Computer, laptop, or tablet running one of the two most current versions of the supported operating systems.
    • A high-speed internet connection with a download speed of at least 25 Mbps.
    • The most current version of supported browsers with JavaScript enabled, pop-ups allowed, and cookies accepted.

  • Basic Initial Troubleshooting Steps
    Many of the problems people report are related to Internet browsers and settings. If you are experiencing technical problems in BlazeVIEW, start by following the troubleshooting steps below. If you are still experiencing problems after completing these steps, contact the Center for eLearning for further assistance.
    1. Verify you are using one of the supported browsers listed.
    2. Clear your cache. See the steps for Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
    3. Set your browser to allow third-party cookies. See the steps for Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
    4. Set your browser to allow pop-ups. See the steps for Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.

    6. Restart your browser.

Minimum System Requirements

  • To use McGraw-Hill Connect, students should have access to technology that meets or exceed the following requirements: 
    • Computer, laptop, or tablet running one of the two most current versions of the supported operating systems.
    • An internet connection with a minimum bandwidth of 0.5 Mbps upload speed and 2.0 Mbps download speed
    • Screen Resolution of 1024 x 768 or better
    • The most current version of supported browsers with JavaScript enabled, pop-ups allowed, and cookies accepted.
